I have signed up but had problems making payment. How can I continue the registration process?

You can  return to the registration / payment process using the following link: http://www.storieselling.com.au/transactions/?action=complete_payment&username=USERNAME where USERNAME is the username you setup when you initially subscribed. You should have received an email detailing this even if  your payment was not successful.

Once at the continue payment page simply ensure you have the correct plan selected, enter your coupon if one applies and attempt the payment process again.

 

Do I need to have a PayPal account to register?

Yes you need to have a PayPal account to finish your payment. We use PayPal not only to process payments but to track subscription periods and automatically bill you where applicable. You can set up a PayPal account during the checkout process however you may find it easier to set up seperately. If you wish to do so during checkout look for the ‘No PayPal account? Pay using your credit or debit card’ link. On the next screen ensure you have “I need to create a PayPal account” and fill out the form as applicable.
